
On the occasion of India’s 76th Republic Day, a heated atmosphere was witnessed between Khalistani supporters and Indian supporters outside the Indian High Commission in London. The people of the Indian community gave a befitting reply to the protest against India outside the Indian High Commission. While the Khalistanis started insulting the tricolor, the Indian community on the other hand raised slogans of ‘Gali-gali mein shoor hai Khalistani chor hai’.
Indian VS Khalistani Protest outside the Indian High Commission in London
On the occasion of Republic Day, Indian VS Khalistani supporters faced protests from Indian expatriates outside the High Commission in London. According to news agency ANI, Indian expatriates had come out to celebrate Republic Day outside the embassy. During this, they saw some Khalistani supporters protesting against India and its integrity.
Khalistanis were insulting the tricolor.
An Indian tourist said, ‘We had come to the Indian High Commission to hoist the flag on the occasion of India’s 76th Republic Day.’ During this, we saw that Indian VS Khalistani were standing outside and insulting the tricolor. I want to tell them that their actions will not make any difference to us or the country. Even though our numbers are less here, our courage is much greater than theirs.
“Khalistanis are thieves” slogans were raised.
Another Indian protester said, ‘We will fight until our last breath.’ In the video, on one side, a group of Indian VS Khalistani were chanting “Gali-gali mein shoor hai” while on the other side, another group of Indians were chanting “Khalistanis are thieves”.
Protest against ‘Emergency’
Earlier, the Ministry of External Affairs had drawn attention to the vandalism of several cinemas in Britain by some Khalistani supporters during the protest against actress Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’. In this regard, the Ministry had demanded that the British government take action against the violent protests and threats by anti-India forces.
