The responses appeared automated and case-by-case, with no centralized public statement from Reliance Jio network. This left many users confused and dissatisfied, especially those who rely on mobile data for work, banking, and urgent tasks.
The lack of clarity from Jio network side added to the anxiety of millions, many of whom demanded a proper explanation and timeline through social media platforms.
Jio network has not formally confirmed that the outage has been completely fixed as of the most recent user and network tracking platform updates. Signal restoration has occurred in certain locations jio network, but partial or total disruptions are still occurring in others, particularly in regional zones.
